\nThe Management Board of ATLANTIS S.E. headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, hereby informs that in connection with works being carried out on the financial report for 2018 that is going to be published on 30 April 2019, the Management Board of the Issuer on 5 March 2019 decided to make a revaluation of the Company\u2019s financial assets. Revaluation in the amount of PLN 5.770 thousand includes the following asset: – stocks of IFEA Sp. z o. o. headquartered in P\u0142ock. The Issuer informs that as of 31 December 2018 and at the date of publishing of this report, the Company holds 12.529 stocks of IFEA Sp. z o. o., that constist of 43,33% of the share capital and grants 12.529 votes, consisting of 43,33% of the total number of votes of IFEA Sp. z o. o.The Issuer decided to revaluate of the Issuer\u2019s assets due to change of the value of stocks of IFEA Sp. z o. o. about the value PLN 5.770 thousand. As the result of described above revaluation the Issuer\u2019s capital from revaluation is charged with the amount of PLN 5.770 thousand. The value of 12.529 stocks of IFEA Sp. z o. o. presented in the financial report as of 30 September 2018 was PLN 18.685 thousand. The value of these stocks after revaluation as at 31 December 2018 is PLN 12.915 thousnad. The basis for revaluation were conducted by the Management Board of the Issuer analysis and tests including those based on obtained financial data.<\/p>\n
