Emitent otrzyma\u0142 zwrot \u0142\u0105cznie kwoty 36.615.207,72z\u0142, na kt\u00f3r\u0105 to kwot\u0119 sk\u0142ada si\u0119 kwota kapita\u0142u udzielonej po\u017cyczki w wysoko\u015bci 35.000.000 z\u0142 oraz odsetek w kwocie 1.615.207,72z\u0142<\/p>\n
Emitent ponadto informuje, \u017ce pomi\u0119dzy ATLANTIS SE, a sp\u00f3\u0142k\u0105 IFEA Sp. z o.o. z siedzib\u0105 w P\u0142ocku zachodz\u0105 powi\u0105zania osobowe. Prezes Zarz\u0105du Po\u017cyczkobiorcy pe\u0142ni funkcj\u0119 Cz\u0142onka Rady Nadzorczej Emitenta. The Management Board of ATLANTIS SE headquarted in Tallinn, hereby with reference to the current report no. 56\/2018 of 14\/12\/2018 and the current report no. 30\/2019 of 21\/06\/2019, and the current report no 38\/2019 of 30\/12\/2019 informs that on 31\/12\/2019 pursuant to the provisions of the Cash Loan Agreement concluded on 14\/12\/2018 by the Issuer as a Lender with the company IFEA Sp. z o.o. in P\u0142ock _KRS 0000512607_, as the Borrower, the Issuer received repayment of the remaining part of the loan granted.<\/p>\n
The issuer received a total refund of PLN 36.615.207,72 which includes the principal of the loan granted in the amount of PLN 35.000.000 and the interest in the amount of PLN 1.615.207,72.<\/p>\n
The Issuer also informs that between ATLANTIS SE and the company IFEA Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in P\u0142ock there are personal ties. The Chairman of the Borrower’s Management Board is a Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.<\/p>\n
