Zarz\u0105d Sp\u00f3\u0142ki ATLANTIS SE z siedzib\u0105 w Tallinnie informuje, \u017ce w\u0142a\u015bciwy dla prawa Estonii rejestr sp\u00f3\u0142ek handlowych _Ariregister_ dokona\u0142 w dniu 30.06.2021 roku rejestracji zmian Statutu Sp\u00f3\u0142ki stosownie do Uchwa\u0142 nr 1 i 2 Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy z dnia 20.03.2021 roku.
\nW zwi\u0105zku z niniejszym aktualne brzmienie punkt\u00f3w 2.1 oraz 2.4 Statutu Sp\u00f3\u0142ki jest nast\u0119puj\u0105ce:

\nPonadto w\u0142a\u015bciwy dla prawa Estonii rejestr sp\u00f3\u0142ek handlowych _Ariregister_ w dniu 30.06.2021 roku dokona\u0142 umorzenia 1 250 000 akcji zgodnie z Uchwa\u0142\u0105 nr 4 Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy z dnia 20.03.2021 roku.
\nAktualnie kapita\u0142 zak\u0142adowy Sp\u00f3\u0142ki ATLANTIS SE wynosi 1.125.000,00 EUR oraz sk\u0142ada si\u0119 z 11.250.000 akcji bez warto\u015bci nominalnej o warto\u015bci ksi\u0119gowej w wysoko\u015bci 0,10 EUR ka\u017cda akcja.
\nW za\u0142\u0105czeniu do niniejszego raportu Emitent przekazuje aktualne brzmienie Statutu Sp\u00f3\u0142ki w polskiej, angielskiej oraz esto\u0144skiej wersji j\u0119zykowej.<\/p>\n

The Management Board of ATLANTIS SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_ appropriate for Estonian law registered on June 30, 2021, the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company resulting from the resolution no.1 and 2 adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 20\/03\/2021.<\/p>\n

As a result of this, the current wording of point 2.1 and 2.4 of the Company\u2019s Articles of Association is as follows:
\n„2.1 The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 1 000 000 euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 4 000 000 euros.”
\n„2.4 The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 10 000 000 _ten million_ shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 40 000 000 _forty million_ shares.”
\nIn addition, the Commercial Register _Ariregister_ applicable to Estonian law on June 30, 2021 it redeemed 1 250 000 shares in accordance with Resolution No. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of March 20, 2021.
\nCurrently, the share capital of ATLANTIS SE amounts to EUR 1 125 000,00 and consists of 11 250 000 shares without par value with a book value of EUR 0,10 per share
\nThe Issuer attached to this report the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions.<\/p>\n
