Najmniejsza liczba akcji sp\u00f3\u0142ki bez warto\u015bci nominalnej to 10 000 000, najwi\u0119ksza liczba akcji sp\u00f3\u0142ki bez warto\u015bci nominalnej to 40 000 000.&#8221;<br \/>\nAktualna liczba akcji wyemitowanych przez Emitenta to 12 500 000.<br \/>\nW za\u0142\u0105czeniu do niniejszego raportu Emitent przekazuje aktualne brzmienie Statutu Sp\u00f3\u0142ki w polskiej, angielskiej oraz esto\u0144skiej wersji j\u0119zykowej.<\/p>\n<p>The Management Board of ATLANTIS SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 9\/04\/2021, the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_, competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 20\/03\/2021.<br \/>\nIn connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.4 of the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association is as follows:<br \/>\n&#8222;2.4.
