Minimalna wysoko\u015b\u0107 kapita\u0142u zak\u0142adowego Sp\u00f3\u0142ki wynosi 1 000 000 _jeden milion_ euro, maksymalna wysoko\u015b\u0107 kapita\u0142u zak\u0142adowego wynosi 4 000 000 _cztery miliony_ euro.<br \/>\n2.4 Minimalna liczba akcji Sp\u00f3\u0142ki bez warto\u015bci nominalnej wynosi 10 000 000 _dziesi\u0119\u0107 milion\u00f3w_ akcji, a maksymalna liczba akcji Sp\u00f3\u0142ki bez warto\u015bci nominalnej wynosi 40 000 000 _ czterdzie\u015bci milion\u00f3w_ akcji.<br \/>\nAktualnie kapita\u0142 zak\u0142adowy Sp\u00f3\u0142ki Atlantis wynosi 1 012 500 EURO a aktualna liczba akcji wyemitowanych przez Emitenta to 10 125 000 .<br \/>\nW za\u0142\u0105czeniu do niniejszego raportu Emitent przekazuje aktualne brzmienie Statutu Sp\u00f3\u0142ki w polskiej, angielskiej oraz esto\u0144skiej wersji j\u0119zykowej.<\/p>\n<p>The Management Board of Atlantis SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 10\/06\/2024 the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_, competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 23\/02\/2024.<br \/>\nAs a result of this, the current wording of point 2.1 and point 2.4 of the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association is as follows:<br \/>\n2.1. The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 1 000 000 _one million_ euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 4 000 000 _foru million_ euros.<br \/>\n2.4.
