2.4. Minimalna liczba akcji Sp\u00f3\u0142ki bez warto\u015bci nominalnej wynosi 303 750 000 _ trzysta trzy miliony siedemset pi\u0119\u0107dziesi\u0105t tysi\u0119cy _ akcji, a maksymalna liczba akcji Sp\u00f3\u0142ki bez warto\u015bci nominalnej wynosi 1 215 000 000 _ jeden miliard dwie\u015bcie pi\u0119tna\u015bcie milion\u00f3w_ akcji.<\/p>\n

Obecnie kapita\u0142 zak\u0142adowy Sp\u00f3\u0142ki Atlantis SE wynosi 30 375 000 EUR oraz dzieli si\u0119 na 303 750 000 akcji bez warto\u015bci nominalnej o warto\u015bci ksi\u0119gowej w wysoko\u015bci 0,10 EUR na 1 akcj\u0119.<\/p>\n

W za\u0142\u0105czeniu do niniejszego raportu Emitent przekazuje aktualne brzmienie Statutu Sp\u00f3\u0142ki w polskiej angielskiej oraz esto\u0144skiej wersji j\u0119zykowej.<\/p>\n

The Management Board of Atlantis SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 19\/12\/2024 , the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_, competent for Estonia’s law, registered the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company resulting from resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on December 2, 2024.<\/p>\n

In connection with this, the current wording of points 2.1 and 2.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows:<\/p>\n

2.1. The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 30 375 000 _thirty million three hundred seventy-five thousand_ euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 121 500 000 _one hundred twenty-one million five hundred thousand_ euros.
\n2.4. The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 303 750 000 _three hundred three million seven hundred fifty thousand_ shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 1 215 000 000 _one billion two hundred fifteen million_ shares.Currently, the share capital of Atlantis SE amounts to EUR 30 375 000 and is divided into 303 750 000 shares without par value with a book value of EUR 0,10 each.
